We are at the half way point of the season and we would like to ask for your feedback about your experience with the Dallas Scots Hockey Association, head of coaches, coaching staff and team managers.

It’s important to all of us associated with the Dallas Scots organization to receive your comments (both positive and negative) as well as allow you to voice any concerns you may have. We ask that you please be as constructive as possible.
