CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES
The client referral program is designed to thank you for referring CJ Machine Products to other companies. For each of your referrals that result in a sale, you will receive a VISA Gift Card for $100. Here are the program rules:
1. The referring company must be an existing client in order to be eligible.
2. The Client Referral Forms must be filled in completely and dated accordingly.
**If the referral is submitted after the referral has turned into a sale, we will not be able to honor the request.
3. The referral must be to an established business entity and not an individual’s “personal project.”
4. The companies you refer must be new to CJ Machine Products. If the referral is for a company that is already working with CJ Machine Products, then it cannot be counted as a referral.
5. The referring company address cannot be a PO Box address. The gift checks are sent via FedEx and PO Box addresses are not accepted.
6. To submit a referral, complete the form supplied in this email or go to www.cjmachineproducts.com and click on the link on the right.
Gift checks are sent after the new client orders at least $200 worth of work from CJ Machine Products. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can give, thus no limit to the number of $100.00 Visa Gift Cards you can receive.
