Non-profit arts organizations interested in the programs and services of the Arts & Business Council of Chicago must first complete the following application form. The purpose of this form is to provide us with an organizational overview, which will establish your organization as a qualified arts client. Specific services, resources, and programs will involve separate registration and may include a fee. There is no charge to become an Arts Client. After review of the Arts Client Application, qualifying organizations will be contacted to schedule an initial assessment meeting at the A&BC offices. Thank you!
