FIDIC Centenary Awards
In 2013 ACE and FIDIC will both be celebrating their centenaries, as part of this process FIDIC have launched an awards programme to celebrate 100 years of engineering. As a member of FIDIC all ACE members have the oppertunity to submit their projects.
ACE hope you will join us in celebrating the innovative desgins of the last 100 years by submitting your entries and we wish all candidates the best of luck

Award nominations categories:
Major building project of the last 100 years
Major civil engineering project of the last 100 years
Leading consulting engineer of the last 100 years
The project needs to be:
Internationally recognised
Demonstrate technical excellence
Demonstrate innovation
Is enduring and sustainable
Entries will be welcome covering all types of engineering projects.
There is a page limit to 5 pages max (this incl. Exec Summary, project description and description of participants in the project if needed)
If sufficient entries are submitted of the required standard then the judges will also be making awards in additional categories relating to different types of projects.
The total number of prizes to be awarded will be at the judges discretion, all projects that are judged to be of particular merit will recieve an award.
