FY 2014 APM Emeritus Member Nomination Form

APM is now accepting nominations for emeritus membership. Emeritus membership allows former APM institutional members who meet the membership criteria to remain involved in the association. Emeritus members are invited to attend every APM meeting, eligible to serve on all APM committees and task forces and as an at-large member of the board of directors. Emeritus members are also eligible to vote in leadership elections and will receive all APM publications.

To be considered for APM emeritus membership, the candidate:
- MUST have previously been an institutional member of APM.
- MUST have previously been an institutional member of APM for no fewer than three consecutive years.
